Esther founded Aaspire in July 2024 and leads it today — setting direction, holding client relationships, and running operations. She brings over a decade in supply-chain and logistics management, with real strength in operations, compliance and partner coordination. Esther is supported by her husband, who brings Aaspire’s aviation and business-transformation depth — over a decade of senior leadership in businesses specialising in aviation and cross-border operations.
