Esther founded Aaspire LLP in July 2024, drawing on deep operational insights gained through her husband’s extensive experience in the manpower industry. Her husband holds a senior leadership role at one of the wholly owned subsidiaries under the Certis Group, has spent over a decade managing a workforce of more than 1,500 employees across aviation and government-linked sectors, with a strong focus on international recruitment and cross-border partnerships.

With over 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, Esther now applies her strengths in operations, compliance, and partner coordination to Aaspire’s core business areas. While she previously explored the education sector, Esther has since fully pivoted to workforce transformation—focusing on supporting aviation and healthcare manpower solutions across Asia and the Middle East.
