FAA US Agent for Service Regulations

Attention to all existing FAA Certificate holders who maintain a foreign address on file with the FAA. Effective April 2, 2025, and July 7, 2025, you have to comply with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) sections 3.301 through 3.303
If you are an existing individual holding any certificate, rating or authorization issued under Part 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107 of this chapter must comply with the requirements listed under 14 CFR Part 3, Subpar C, no later than 7 July 2025.
